Аннотация

В статье рассматривается анализ риска при экспертизе инвестиционных проектов. Как известно, основная цель инвестирования – получение прибыли. Но далеко не каждый объект, в который вкладываются средства, способен приносить доход. Поэтому крайне важно провести анализ и выполнить оценку эффективности инвестиционного проекта, который также способствует привлекательности проекта инвесторам.
