The development of the national economy at the level of international standards and
the consistent development of international economic relations, which play a main
role in the world community, is a factor that ensures the success of any country in
this direction. It is world progress that is currently a factor in the development of
foreign economic relations and the improvement of production in our economy. The
scientific and technological progress of the countries of the global system should
become a factor in strengthening economic opportunities in states by influencing the
reduction of production costs and the increase in labor productivity. Therefore, the
formation of reform and transformation processes, along with economic factors,
requires the creation of mechanisms that meet sustainable development and the
interests of national economies.
