Ушбу мақолада Халқаро Меҳнат Ташкилоти томонидан
мамлакатда унумли ва маҳсулдор бандликни ошириш бўйича тавсияларини амалда
қўллаш, уни миллий меҳнат бозори кўрсаткичлари асосида ҳисоблаш ва таҳлил
этиб бориш кўплаб мамлакатларда камбағалликка қарши курашишдаги муҳим
вазифалардан бири эканлигини ёритиб берилди. Жаҳон меҳнат бозорида мавжуд
камбағаллик таъсир доирасидагилар орасида иш билан банд аҳоли мавжудлиги
унумли ва маҳсулдор бандликни ҳисоблаш лозимлигига урғу беради. Мақолада унумли
ва маҳсулдор бандлик кўрсаткичлари, таҳлили ва уни ҳисоблаш усули батафсил
ёритилган. Шунингдек, мақола сўнггида унумли ва маҳсулдор бандликни оширишга
қаратилган тавсиялар жой олган.
