IMPACT OF WTO MEMBERSHIP ON SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF UZBEKISTAN

Аннотация

This article mainly analyzes the impact of WTO membership on
international trade relations, social status of the population, lifestyle, social and
economic well-being of the country. At the same time, the policy of the Republic of
Uzbekistan to achieve WTO membership, as well as the status of this process and
the steps taken towards membership will be analyzed. In addition, opinions and
research on how effective or dangerous this accession is for developing countries,
including Uzbekistan, are part of our article.
In conclusion, the advantages and disadvantages of joining the WTO for the
social and economic spheres of the country, the current situation of Uzbekistan
membership to the WTO, how to overcome existing barriers to reaching an
agreement, effective use of WTO benefits to improve the welfare and lifestyle of the
population. suggestions and recommendations are given in the context of this article.
