Abstract

The authors of the article investigated the innovative aspects of reforming school education in the context of a new stage in the development of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The article emphasizes the role of school education in the successful implementation of democratic reforms and the development of civil society. The authors of the article made an attempt to reveal the mission of school education in society, the tasks of secondary schools, in the upbringing of the younger generation and the importance of the activities of teachers in the process of modernization of education. The formation and development of private schools and the increase in the number of specialized schools, where individual subjects are studied according to an in-depth program, has become a form of an innovative approach in the process of improving lifelong education and teaching children.In the context of a new stage in the development of society, highly qualified teaching staff perform an important mission in the process of social policy, ensuring the improvement of the quality of the educational process in schools, including an increase in the number of students participating in international Olympiads, entering famous universities in the world. Graduates of secondary schools carry out a social mission in the implementation of democratic reforms, in ensuring human rights. A high school graduate is a powerful intellectual potential for the country, they make a worthy contribution to the future, deepening market relations, developing a digital society, small business and private entrepreneurship. An integrated approach to studying the experience of Uzbekistan at the present stage shows that this work is closely related to the democratic reforms carried out in the country in the context of deepening the market mechanism in all spheres of socio-economic life. An innovative approach to the development of education is attracting the attention of international institutions. It should be noted that a characteristic feature of the reforms being carried out is its social orientation, and continuing education occupies an important place in it. Improving the quality of the educational process in schools has a potential impact on attracting graduates, the creative part of young people to study in technical schools, academic lyceums and professional colleges, universities.

In the process of school education, students are introduced to the social, humanitarian, theoretical, fundamental knowledge necessary for the entire life of every person, which is considered a reference point for determining the future. The country has created equal conditions for high school graduates for admission to technical schools, vocational colleges, academic lyceums and higher educational institutions. In the new period of development of society, representatives of the private sector are taking part in the process of improving school education along with government organizations.
