Abstract

In this article, the concept of economic potential of construction manufacturing enterprises is studied in detail and the specific features that affect the process of their management are discussed.
The differences between the organization of the construction production process and the production process in other industries are revealed. The structure of management of economic potential of the construction enterprise is given. It was concluded that one of the main factors influencing the formation of the elements of the concept of economic potential of the enterprise is the dependence on this sector and the fact that the construction industry in Uzbekistan lags behind the advanced sectors of the national economy and the widespread use of innovative technologies.
