Abstract

This article discusses the characteristics of the construction production process that affect the process of managing workers and personnel in construction organizations. Construction organizes the production process
differences from the production process in other industries are revealed.
Trends in the construction labor market are shown. In conclusion, the specific features of the construction industry in the system of management of workers and employees of modern construction organizations, its current problems and the need for extensive use of management functions and mechanisms in personnel management are given.
